5 Reasons I Think Home Inspections Are So Important

I believe buyers should know everything they can about a home before sealing the deal. Home Inspections can help buyers learn a lot more about the home they are purchasing so they can make a better-informed decision. In many cases, home inspections might lead to more in-depth inspections. I didn't cover every type of inspection because there are many, and I can only speak to the most common ones in my area because I have no idea what kind of inspections might take place in different areas and climates, like super cold weather, extremely hot climates, places with sand, and salty conditions. One note: I also recommend septic inspections to folks purchasing a home on septic all the time, but it was not included in the video. If you have questions about those, speak with a qualified septic professional. I hope you enjoyed the video and please like and subscribe. Please feel free to contact me if you are considering moving to Asheville or the surrounding areas or selling a home there. I would love to help.
