As a real estate agent, I'm always on the move, exploring different parts of our beautiful area. This gives me the unique opportunity to try out various local restaurants, and today, I want to share with you a gem I rediscovered – Bonnie and Clyde's Appalachian Cuisine in Marshall.

I knew I was in for a treat when I stepped into Bonnie and Clyde's Appalachian Cuisine. The atmosphere set the stage for what was to be the best breakfast experience I've had in years.

Let's talk about the star of the show – the biscuits and gravy. It was perfectly balanced in flavors and textures. The biscuits were fluffy and buttery, providing the perfect base for the rich, creamy gravy seasoned just as I like it.

Next up were the eggs – cooked the way I like them, sunny side up, which, in my book, is the real test of a breakfast spot. I also ordered the smoked bacon. Oh, the bacon! This bacon had just the right amount of crispiness, with a smoky flavor I wish I could taste right now...

The Hashbrowns were also very good. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they were a golden-brown mound that I soaked in ketchup.

I had orange juice and a cup of rich, aromatic coffee to wash it all down.

Bonnie and Clyde's breakfast was so good I can't wait to go back.
